Extensive experience in coordinating, supporting, and supervising humanitarian responses and interventions of
NGOs. Skilled in advocating for emergency and urgent needs support. Proven ability to establish professional
networks, relationships, and communication channels with NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders. Expertise
in coordinating, controlling, measuring, monitoring, evaluating, supervising, reporting, and supporting the
implementation of Education in Emergencies (EiE) projects and programs, as well as in the other humanitarian
response sectors' projects and programs. Managing and monitoring the budget and financial expenditure, in
addition to leading and coaching functional teams and developing cross-training programs. Having excellent
experience in writing humanitarian response proposals. Recognized for the ability to analyze and address
humanitarian needs and gaps, in addition to the knowledge and experience of conducting and overseeing
needs assessments, data collection, quality assurance, processing, tools building, and planning of humanitarian
response interventions.
Solid experience in coordinating and supervising the work of implementing partners (IPs) that target IDPs,
vulnerable women and children, and the victims of war and natural disasters. A local coordinator and community
activist interested in Girls' Education, promoting children’s right to safe, equitable, and quality education, and
improving child early aged writing, reading, and numeracy in Yemeni rural societies. Full knowledge of the
contextual and humanitarian situation in Yemen. Wide knowledge of development needs based on the 17
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.
