Likewise, the program has the coordination of various training courses in areas such as Digital Marketing, Marketing Business, Customer Service, Gastronomy, Hospitality, Public Speaking Sales, training courses to learn how to make different crafts, among others. with a team of professional accountants and lawyers who are responsible for carry out the procedures jointly with the associates. Within said team, my role, along with other lawyers, was to draft statutes and regulations for the operation of Merchant Associations and Non-Profit Foundations and advise them in the process of creation and subsequent operation. We organized events and collected information and requests from entrepreneurs who wanted to receive a loan to finance their entrepreneurship, or training to acquire work skills, or we helped meet the requirements for their licenses and work permits.
I worked alongside my father, who is a lawyer, providing legal advice to clients, attending meetings of foundations and associations and negotiating and mediating internal conflicts between their members.
I also had to prepare and draft legal documents, leases and contracts for foundations and associations, and perform administrative and management functions.
As a telephone operator I had to contact debtors and achieved to negotiate payment plans, plan how to recover money owed, handle customer questions or complaints, investigate debtors' personal information with computer programs to locate them, update account status and the database regularly.
You had to work under pressure and have great interpersonal and communication skills with debtors.
