•Catering to passengers dietary needs

•Managing Medical Insurance accounts
•Communicating with doctors and nurses to determine if medical services are covered by
a patients insurance plan
•Submitting requests to the patients insurance to approve services that are deemed medically necessary (surgeries, specialist visits, formula, etc.)
•Evaluating medical claims for doctors and nurses, confirming if services to be rendered have been approved or denied
•Managing Collection Accounts
•Making outbound calls to collect on past cell phone/credit card accounts
•Discussing whats required to keep the account in good standing
•Creating payment arrangements that fit within the customers budget
•Processing electronic payments by phone
•Receiving billing disputes, researching them and providing the resolution
•Managing Medical Billing Accounts
•Educating patients on medical services covered by their Insurance, Deductibles,
Coinsurance and Copays
•Updating patient information in database (address, insurance details, credit/debit card
information)
•Creating payment arrangements that fit within the patients budget
•Processing electronic payments for medical bills by phone
•Receiving medical billing disputes, researching them and providing a resolution
