As the Lead Trades Worker, I supervised a team of 12 individuals responsible for maintaining parks and community centers. My key responsibilities included:

• Leading the team in completing park maintenance tasks and ensuring timely project execution.

• Scheduling weekly projects and managing the accurate entry of work hours.

• Responding to resident complaints and addressing community concerns.

• Being on call for emergency situations, ensuring rapid response to urgent maintenance needs.

Key tasks performed by the team included drain repair, leaf cleanup, refuse collection, and water pipe maintenance. Additionally, I oversaw the repair and upkeep of park equipment during peak seasons, ensuring all facilities remained safe and functional for the community.

Drove a Class B CDL dump truck to deliver materials to clients and landfills, as well as for snow plowing. Operated a roll-off truck and worked with a front loader, backhoe, and Toolcat.

Top soil, rock, asphalt, dirt.

• Assisted with cleaning parks, building shelters, hauling materials, installing grills, and maintaining cleanliness in parks across the county. Managed landscaping around parks and community centers and painted picnic tables.

• Utilized power tools such as impact drills, hammer drills, leaf blowers, weed eaters, saws, and sanders.
