My duties was to first safely prepare and pass routine medications to residents as prescribed, chart on all meds given, record the assign vital signs that was needed. I maintained medication carts and supplies. I commmunicated with nurses and CNA'S and RCA'S about resident care needs. As a CNA took care of my residents ADL'S as mention in my past job history. As a MedTech and CNA both of my roles was essential to maintaining residents health, comfort, and dignity in this assisted living/ retirement home

My job was to provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Take and record vital signs. I feed patients and recorded food and fluid intake/ output. provided emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families

My responsibilities at the nursing home was that I was assigned a hall with a number amount of patients. I assisted all residents with their daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding. I also monitored and recordd vital signs and patient condidtions. I supported mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion excercises. I maintained a clean and safe environment. Most importantly I provided compassionate care while ensuring my residents dignity and respect.
