  • Produce and present 4 monthly analysis and a report on available funds, their usage, and remaining balances at the Comprehensive Family Immunization Unit with focus on expiration dates of those balances.
  • Collect programmatic information related to the Comprehensive Family Immunization Unit's projects and provide an overview of Unit’s pipeline project funding, current funding and carry overs as applicable.

  • In close consultation with department Administrative Officer resolve potential bottlenecks resulting from funds payroll overcharge and/or exchange rate variations in non-US purchase orders of the Unit.
  • Support the Evidence and Intelligence for Action in Health Department Director, AdministrativeOfficer and Advisors in following up execution of technical initiatives.
  • Support the logistics of the regional activities;
