One of my biggest achievements has been growing professionally within Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, starting in Volunteer Services, gaining experience in Employee Health, and advancing into Human Resources Employee Engagement. I have taken on greater responsibilities, including coordinating hospital-wide events, supporting employee recognition programs, and assisting with leadership development and training initiatives. I am especially proud of earning the opportunity to continue growing within the organization while pursuing my degree in Business Administration. Balancing work, school, and personal responsibilities has strengthened my time management, adaptability, and determination to succeed. My goal is to continue building my career in healthcare administration and take on opportunities where I can make a meaningful contribution.
