• Successfully led and completed intercompany assets transfers of approx. $25M global assets incorrectly capitalized on the US books.
• Improved AUC confirmation and asset capitalization process. Also enhanced internal controls associated with these processes.

• Managed financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic governance of multi-year, global IT Capital projects; approx. $25M budget per project.
• Managed business case development, resource planning, and Discounted Cash Flow analysis for Capital projects.
• Solely managed 100+ purchase orders for multiple projects, reviewed vendor agreements, & worked with procurement to bring new suppliers on board,

• Managed budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, & financial reporting for Fixed Annuity & Variable Annuity and Marketing division. Managed month-end close, accruals, re-class journals, and ad-hoc reporting. Direct involvement in implementing proactive measures to control costs.

• Assisted the Controller in all financial aspects of this start-up company, including development of a pricing model for company’s product lines, profitability modeling, & financial close. Also managed purchase analysis, inventory projections, and inventory reserve analysis.
