Duties include but not limit to Inspect CAPITAL improvement projects to ensure that work meets or exceeds standards used by the City of Dallas. Fill out daily reports, keep records on progress. Make inspections for storm water compliance, water and wastewater mains, storm sewer, flood control, and paving projects. Make interoffice reports to supervisors, contractors and all persons involved about problems or progress of activity on projects. I have a good knowledge of the City of Dallas Standard Specifications and Standard Appurtenance details and NCTCOG specifications and TXDOT specifications. Responsible for the inspection of construction projects and/or improvements and repair in public right-of-way (e.g., utility repair/upgrade, street/alley reconstruction, and erosion-control projects) to ensure compliance with city codes, ordinances, standards and specifications. Requires the ability to read and interpret engineering plans and construction specifications to provide direction to staff and communicate with outside entities. I also have the ability to calculate quantities and sketch as-built information.

Duties include but not limited to running the fire Hydrant truck ,repairing hit fire hydrants, placing fire hydrants in service preforming fire flow tests, locating leaks, repairing mains up to 96 in,replacing main lines valves to 96 in, repairing and renewing commercial and domestic services. Other duties include but not limited to running the valve truck which includes reading the blueprints for the city mains, locating valves an isolating the main in order to make repairs to main as needed. Assist supervisor when their off with scheduling jobs and assigning jobs through the day as emergency jobs come in from SAP.

• Duties include locating leaks, repairing mains, replacing main lines valves, repairing and renewing commercial and domestic services. Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas. Other duties include but not limited to running the valve truck which includes reading the blueprints for the city mains,locating valves an isolating the main in order to make repairs to main as needed.

I'm responsible for Turn On's, turn off's inspection of meters and also responsible for all maintenance (which includes fixing house lines inspecting for leaks changing curb stop and observing all the rules of TCEQ) and all Radio calls Developed and maintained positive customer relations and coordinated with team members to properly handle requests and questions.
