*Responsible for the primary care of veterans in my panel, including coordinating referrals, hospital care and urgent needs as well as managing chronic conditions. This involves working in a multi-disciplinary team.

*Participate in long range planning and company policy as a member of senior leader team.

*Recruit and supervise doctors and mid-levels working at Big Bend Hospice, both contracted and full time.

*Market hospice to community

*Assist in scheduling for medical staff (call, home visits, etc.)
