• Operate Eastern Division of Constituent Services Department in efficient and effective regional and local office model.
• Monitor operational practices related to constituent services for adherence to established business rules and work collaboratively with Constituent Services team to create, refine and improve upon business rules and processes for all constituent service-related functions.
• Serve as point-of-contact for questions which may arise from
local staff related to constituent service functions.
• Facilitate onboarding of new staff and provide additional training as needed. Develop step-by-step process documentation to be used as reference by staff, updating as needed whenever procedures or rules change.
• Ensure that association donors are being acknowledged in manner which aligns with established business practices.
• Oversee reconciliation of data entry batches against bank deposits prior to batch locking (committing to database) and provide remediation/support for batches containing discrepancies related to business rules and/or banking deposits.
• Provide Finance Department with necessary data and/or reports to ensure that committed financial entries in database reconcile with general ledger.
• Ensure that source codes are created to adhere to business rules and practices of both CRM team and Finance Department.
• Develop strong working relationships with Executive Directors to learn needs of each local market in order to inform decisions regarding services Constituent Services provides to field. Advise local Executive Directors on performance of local staff tasked with constituent service responsibilities.
• Develop and implement CS department roadmap for Eastern Division.
