Safety Coordinator
1. Safety inspections and employee training:safety data sheets, PPe, job safety. 2. Analysis for job tasks includes leadership observations, inspections, toolbox trainigs,safety bulletins.
3.Deliver, coordinate, and track new hire safety training and Onboarding.
4.Continually coach, communicate and teach safe practices,procedures, and behaviors.
5.Observe the work practices and behaviors of all team member and coach or correct as needed.
6.Identify how work could be made safer, easier, less complex, less variant.
7.Coordinate resource allocation and corrective actions for safety improvements.
8.Lead and coordinate site safety committee; use guest speakers both internally and externally; record meting minutes, action items, and other notes from an each meeting.
HR
1. Support the administration of the health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. 2. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Completes forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
4. Assists with processing of terminations.
5. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. 6. Housing assistant for h2b workers.
Make weekly reports showing the progress of service requests, design of plans for continuous improvement, and mitigation of IT infrastructure failures. Management and control of customer complaints.
