I work for the USDA for 32 years. I work two years part time. The other thirty years as a full time employee.
We was trained to remove birds that had disease. Like IP, gall and yellow feed. Mark bad legs, also broken wigs.
When the new system came in. We had training on it. The system was to let the plant take control of the production. There employees was
trained to do the work we did. While the USDA work the floor, also one inspector work end of the line take fecal off the line. The inspector on the end of the line.
