Helped prepare a healthy supper meal, brought meal to client cut up and ready to eat. Got drinks poured and ready to drink for client.

Watched TV, helped to the bathroom when needed. Client could wipe herself just afraid of falling. Helped client to get up from toilet and to bedroom and then I helped client get ready for bed. Then, I helped to get to bed. She had prescribed eye drops and put a drop in each eye according to prescription. Would check on client to make sure all was well and if sleeping, I would look in on client once an hour until daughter came home from work...

Helped assist client to a seat in the tub, shut the door and ran warm water in it. Client washed self and helped get back washed. When bath was through let water drain out before opening door and then assisted client out of the tub and helped to get to a chair and dried off, put lotion on,helped to get dressed and put socks and shoes on and helped her to her chair that she sat in while up during the day.
