- Managed over 50 Nextgen user's calls to GPHA IS service desk, remote into User's computer using solar winds to resolve issues or assign to appropriate group.
- Escalated complex and/or high priority problems to the Nextgen by opening tickets in success community and follow up with assigned ticket owner to make sure issues are resolved in timely manner.
- Ran daily, weekly and quarterly reports using different software and applications like Avatar, Microsoft SQL Server, FileZilla, Cleopatra, Crystal Reports etc.
