  • Installed, maintained, and repaired equipment and fixtures for a wide variety of audio visual applications: displays and video walls, speakers, projectors, microphones, cameras etc.
  • Fabricated racks and MDF/IDF cabling infrastructure including support structures for routed cabling. Performed tracing termination and testing.
  • Commissioned newly installed systems and performed audits on existing systems to assess functionality and identify potential points of failure. Issued RMAs for defective equipment and created and updated spreadsheets with relevant system information: serial numbers, IP/MAC addresses etc.
  • Trained new workers, delegated tasks, managed scheduling, directed crews, completed EOD reports and acted as a point-of-contact between crew and project management team.
