I enjoy the challenge of RN Lead. I enjoy working with all employees and patients and their families. I find the RN lead job to be challenging and fulfilling. I do the RNs schedule,help order supplies as needed. Also work with some challenging personalities. There are also families that can be challenging and I enjoy working with all families.
