• Conducted bi-weekly thirty (30) minute home visits to young children and their families who were underserved in the education field.
• Utilized data-driven instruction, providing personalized educational, behavioral, and emotional support to individual students and their families to enable positive learning outcomes.
• Contributed to curriculum development efforts, activities, and events, by preparing instructional materials for group and one-on-one use to comply with established curriculum.

• Ombudsman, Pets In Housing - Worked with individuals, families, state and federal housing authorities, to promote responsible pet ownership by implementing workable "pets allowed" polices and to enforce federal laws allowing elderly and disabled people living in subsidized housing to stay together with their animals.
• Program Coordinator - Phinney's Friends - Provided services to low income individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS, severe illness, or disability, to remain together with their pet(s) by utilizing 100+ active, trained volunteers.
• Shelter Manager, Brockton & Methuen Small Animal Shelter - responsible for animal health and well-being, serving, educating, and public safety, supervising and training staff, facilities management, fundraising, budget management, promotion of positive animal welfare issues, and performing related administrative functions.

• Overseeing the care, well-being and placement of approximately 9,000 -10,000 small and large animals, managing a staff of 20+ animal care staff, veterinarian, law enforcement officer to enforce cruelty laws, and 80+ volunteers, humane education, facilities, grant writing, budget, and media.

Managed and provided continual oversight of accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). Held high level government security clearances. Traveled to support partner facilities of program security requirements.
