GAP 05/2023-07/2023 Family Care and Visit. Daughter's family including grandchildren traveled with me from Hawaii to Ohio and visited 6 weeks during this GAP. I was offered the Cleveland Clinic Mercy job in 05/2023 to start in 07/2023. Hiring Process.

• Preformed all nursing care for Medical Surgical Telemetry patients in Emergency Room once patients were assigned Inpatient Status.
• Ensured their smooth transition and appropriate care for Inpatients.
• Floated to various Med Surg Telemetry units including ICU as necessary.
• Worked effectively in fast-paced environments.

GAP 12/2022-01/2023 Travel to Hawaii to visit family over Christmas and begin Onboarding Process

• Managed care from admission to discharge while floating to multiple Medical Surgical Telemetry Units.
• Provided direct patient care, stabilized patients and determined next course of action.
• Monitored patient condition by interpreting and tracking EKG readings, identifying irregular telemetry readings and updating team members on changes in stability or acuity.
• Documented all elements of care and updated patient charts and confidential files to reflect changes in care plans, interventions applied, and observations

GAP 05/2022-08/2022 Family Crisis. My sister's family home burnt down and her family needed immediate housing and care. All travel contracts were being revised by the hospital at that time. Due to the circumstances I did not renew and returned to Ohio to provide the care that my sister and her family needed at that time for several months.

GAP 04/2019-02/2022 Medical Leave from a Ladder Fall at home with 4 fractures. At that time my BHU employment ended as they closed that hospital unit. I was unable physically to take the ER job they offered so I took the Stipend. Within months, sold Arizona home, moved to Utah with my Husband and applied for Utah Nursing License. Work was unavailable within 1 hour from my home due to Covid. Amicably divorced and moved to Ohio to be near family. Reapplied for Ohio Nursing License. Refreshed my education and sought employment to Travel. Accepted Crisis Assignment at that time.
