• Executed the final coordination, implementation and preparation to streamline violent crime reporting for agency Executive Staff on a weekly basis that subsequently led to mandated agency policy changes. Results included the timely and relevant information reporting that positively impacted violent crime outcomes and an overall reduction area violent crime.
• Provided administrative support to Executive Staff members under official authority of the county prosecutor as it related to the missions of the county prosecutor's office.
• Prepared executive briefs and executive summary reports to guide agency commanders for the deployment of agency personnel, resources, and assets for violent crime reduction strategies.
• Prepared analytical reports and briefs for press conferences and presentations for New Jersey State Attorney General's Office Commanders.
• Assigned as the primary contact relied upon by Executive staff members regarding these matters.
• Administrator leading the Passaic County Intelligence Implementation Project, charged with promoting and roll-out of the Info Share Intelligence Module, responsible to work with in concert with the technology vendor for training, entering applicable Intelligence, vetting and approving all reports submitted, and auditing to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Results included hundreds of high-quality, accurate, credible, and reliable intelligence reports that supported hundreds of investigations statewide, which led to the arrest and subsequent prosecution of individuals and/or groups for a variety of crimes.
• Assigned as the Project Manager and Lead Program Coordinator for the Bureau of Justice Assistance Grant (JAG), responsible for all written justifications, grant narratives, budget/ personnel certifications, and time sheets. Results included securing more than 4 million dollars of funding for agency over a 20-year life-span.
• Passaic County lead County Counterterrorism Coordinator (CTC) responsible for investigating and coordinating countywide New Jersey Suspicious Activity Reporting (NJSARS) with state as well as federal partners. Results included the management of an average of 80 cases per year thwarting threats and/or acts of terrorism to the homeland.
• Executive Board Member for the East Coast Gang Investigator's Association (ECGIA). Efficiently organized nationwide gang training conferences with other board members, to include coordination of travel for speakers, guest lectures, and instructors. Ensured established workflow goals were met for successful gang training conferences. Results included the execution of over 20 nationwide gang conferences, training thousands of Law Enforcement professionals over a 20-year period. Oversee administrative requests for gang information and review to determine appropriate dissemination. Maintain meeting schedules, calendars, and draft and complete meeting minutes for review and Executive Board approval, ensuring compliance with Association bi-laws.
• Participating member of New Jersey's Fusion Center Field Intelligence Officer (FIO) Program. The program is comprised of hundreds of members from local, state, county, and federal law enforcement agencies, who are specially trained intelligence officers, agency commanders and agency decision makers. A Field Intelligence Officer's duties and responsibilities, included, but were not limited to: Managing any/all intelligence related matters outside of agency ensure bi-directional information sharing. Coordinating the dissemination of information into agency from other FIO entities. Reviewing related cases and making recommendations. Promoting a coordinated response to high-profile events and/or significant incidents with other Law Enforcement agencies.
