  • Executed the final coordination, implementation and preparation to streamline violent crime reporting for agency Executive Staff on a weekly basis that subsequently led to mandated agency policy changes. Results included the timely and relevant information reporting that positively impacted violent crime outcomes and an overall reduction area violent crime.

  • Passaic County lead County Counterterrorism Coordinator (CTC) responsible for investigating and coordinating countywide New Jersey Suspicious Activity Reporting (NJSARS) with state as well as federal partners. Results included the management of an average of 80 cases per year thwarting threats and/or acts of terrorism to the homeland.
  • Executive Board Member for the East Coast Gang Investigator's Association (ECGIA). Efficiently organized nationwide gang training conferences with other board members, to include coordination of travel for speakers, guest lectures, and instructors. Ensured established workflow goals were met for successful gang training conferences. Results included the execution of over 20 nationwide gang conferences, training thousands of Law Enforcement professionals over a 20-year period. Oversee administrative requests for gang information and review to determine appropriate dissemination.
