Additional Information

At Spectrum Health Systems methadone clinic, my first job after grad school, I built a program of groups designed to reduce isolation of clients. The outcome was fewer drop outs in the clinic that year. Following this I managed a SOAP program, an inpatient detox in a community hospital, and fee for service mental health clinic. At my in person private practice, I had a 50% increase in clients my second year because I discovered a combination of SFBT and interpersonal/humanistic therapy gave my clients a 35% better chance of staying clean and sober after 6 months. then other methods. This worked as well in my current telehealth practice.
