- 2014- present : For past 8 years, performing roles of RN Circulating in Cath Lab providing nursing care to Cardiac patients undergoing diagnostic angiograms, PCI/Interventions elective and during STEMI/Emergency situations, High risk and diagnostic cases, and Device Implanting. Proficient using Medications during these procedures as well as fractional Flow reserve test.
- Performed roles of Monitoring and documentations during procedures using MACLAB system.
- Performed role RN circulating during Watchman, TAVR, atherectomy , Laser, CSI for cardiac patients and for peripheral cases.
- Assisting during insertion of Impella, IABP.
- Served as Preceptor for new employees. Served as Nurse leader or resource nurse assisting management when needed.
- 2003-2014 : was nurse leader in CVICU unit for 11 years providing comprehensive cardio-pulmonary care during immediate recovering Cardiothoracic surgeries, Device implanting , and caring for very ill Cardiac patients , proficient in CRRT, Ventilator care, IABP, Impella, did care of patients with LVAD few times but not often enough to became proficient.

- Case manager for Home Health care for Venice Hospital Home care and Able Care Home Care; providing home care management to post cardiothoracic surgery patients and served as Clinical Coordinator of Cardiac Specialty Team. Developed and served as Clinical Coordinator for Comprehensive CHF Home care program provided to patients from Port Charlotte to Sarasota County with great success.
