I have worked both in retail more the 20 years ago but every job has been interaction with customers either in person or on phones. I have working in call centers mostly since that time but I feel I am very focused on excellent customer service all my career. I seek to resolve any problems either with my employer and my customers.
I worked in the Member Service Call Center in Lowry call center. My responsiblity included answering inbound calls from Kaiser patients regarding their health plans. I would go over their co payments and clarify what the services covered. I also was responsible for providing documents to their homes for changes to their polities. I also helped took care of insurance payments and payments of medical bills.
My responsibilities were placing orders for at home medical equipment such as oxygen, hospital beds and wheelchairs etc. I also was responsible for calling members to notify of expected deliveries and contacted providers and insurance companies to confirm coverage.
My job was to contact home owners to collect past due mortgage payments or help to to update to lower payments they can handle without losing their home to repossess.
I have excellent work ethics and hold myself to very high standards I am a team player and love working along side others I enjoy interaction with customers and helping with any questions I enjoy following up on any problems and seeing things through to completion
