I am a dedicated home visitor, having worked for Head Start/Early Head Start for 39 years. I love working with the children and their families. I conduct weekly home visits and prepare activities/materials for each visit. I ensure each activity is individualized for each child. Keeping accurate records on Child Plus is important to ensure each child has required physicals and dentals are in on time. I help parents learn new parenting skills along with many other skills needed to raise a child in a healthy and safe environment. Since I am a past head start parent and volunteer, I understand some of the issues parents are facing and can offer a variety of options they may have.
