  • Assist with maintenance, training, operation and support of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Tracking
  • Provide functional skills by answering calls to the timekeeping Help Desk, resolving issues, conducting routine system maintenance and enrolling employees in the workforce system
  • Provide support in the Time Keeping and Scheduling application, specifically on the support for ADP /Kronos Payroll system including troubleshooting users request or issues, conduct independent training with end users, resolving data and interface errors
  • As part of the ADP/ Kronos payroll team, I am the point person for effective and efficient systems operation that help standardize workforce practice in the operating room
