  • I started as a B1 operator. Within my first year i was getting cross trained between 3 lines and they were R1, R4, and R5. Which resulted in me getting promoted to B2 Sr. operator.
  • While I was a B1, I also joined the Safety team and it made me look and think like a Safety team leader for my line in R5. During my time in the Safety team, some of the things i was working on is Piloting box knives to have less injuries in my department as well as teaching people how to open boxes properly
  • As a B2 Sr. Operator I took some classes to become a certified OJT Which lets me train and sign off operators on the Machinery across all 3 lines and also currently in a program called The Tap which is more training to become a Better OJT.
  • Conducted safety inspections and instructed all workers to follow procedures to avoid mishaps and accidents.
  • I've Supported company growth by consistently meeting and contributing to a positive work environment for all team members.

  • I started working in the cafeteria at Eli lilly as a cook I would always ask or stay if needed when they had catering orders because they didn't have enough employees. But due to COVID-19 .I had switched to night shift only because of seniority ,but I was able to learn more and gain confidence to work more at the end I was in charge of two cafeterias in different locations. I had to prep food have areas clean and open up the registers for the night shift employees.
