  • Design of commercial mixed-use projects such as Type V and Type III construction with wood or CFSF over podium slab. Design of multifamily Type V and Type III construction wood.
  • Creating a Wall Load take-down method on a 5-story mixed use PT slab project. Using DiRoots Revit Plug In to annotate and sort walls by linear force reactions. Then exporting into CAD to bring into RAM Concept to create a more clean and efficient process to modeling line load and keep track of loads in Revit.
  • PT Two-slab design on mixed use projects using RAM Concept Direct Analysis Method
  • Creating ETABS model to determine the lateral design of a 5-story mixed use structure and design of foundations.
  • Steel framed building design of gravity members and lateral design of moment frames and brace frames using RAM Structural System and AISC Design Code standards.
  • And providing RFI responses.
  • Foundation design such as footings, retaining walls, pile caps, mat foundations, etc.
  • Improving Engineering spreadsheets such as wood stud wall design, wood header design, wood shear wall design according to NDS, and snow calculation updates for ASCE 7-22.
  • Construction administration tasks such as shop drawings, site visits and reports
