My expertise in data entry and comprehensive knowledge of motor vehicle laws significantly contributed to the efficient licensing process, showcasing my hard and soft skills in a high-stakes environment.

Having to be detail-oriented in many previous jobs I have ascertained a well-versed ability to organize paper work properly, schedule accurately, administer personnel evaluations and recognize chain of command. I am also able to adapt in managing time, resources and recognizing what would be best for multiple parties involved to resolve issues. Conflict resolution strategies need used and start with listening but also need come to a quick conclusion.
