I've recently taken a Recovery Coach Training; I'm currently now a certified Recovery Coach for those in need in assistance in Addiction, Trauma, and/or Mental Health.
I spend my free time volunteering for a non-profit that I've been involved with for 6 months. I spend 4 hours a week giving out free diapers and wipes to the community.
I attend Church on the weekends and run my own Women's group with a few friends and ladies on the Sunday. Within in this group we discuss the expectations of Women society puts onto us. We also go over the stigmas and ideologies about Women's Mental Health. We work weekly throughout our Women's Self Love and Self Worth Book.
I am involved in a young adult women's group Sisterhood of Strength.
