Thorough out year at Barbosa Cabinets I have had the opportunity to be able to learn multiple positions with high proficiency. I was originally hired as a machine operator in the drawer department, learning the whole process/ assembly that it comes with with the help of my amazing leads. They then recommended me for a new position for my work ethic and team player attitude. There I was able to learn and collaborate with new coworkers to further understand the department. While working in that department i trained/ supervised new hires and current workers on the whole progress to meet product demand. I was later promoted to my current position as a machine operator for the dowling process, which i grasped fairly quickly. While working in my current position I was also able to learn and operate different CNC machinery which allows me to further my knowledge for my position.
