Led QA efforts for the PAPI team, ensuring the quality and reliability of pharmacy benefit solutions. Tested APIs and web applications that improved access to prescription medication for insurance members. Collaborated with cross-functional teams such as the member benefits, and eligibility teams to deliver high-quality releases through functional and regression testing.

• Worked with Software Developers and Documentation Specialists to understand features and technical implementation as well as with Product Owners, Project Managers, Systems Engineers and Customer Care to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and test suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests. Responsible for creating UI/UX reports for products, backlog, bug reports and handling regression tests.

• Organize and analyze project, design, and business requirements as well as facilitate design, development of manual test cases, test plans, scripts, release notes, and automation tests in python. Overseeing testing including blackbox testing, functional, regression, explorator and usability testing. Held responsibility for creation and maintenance of test results and logs. Report defects arising during the test cycles and participate in identification of remediation strategies.

• Organized and analyzed data in high stress conditions, Clearly communicating instructions, information, and requests over the phone or radio. Analyitic detailed notes on calls or incidents as they occur so that supervisors can later review them for accuracy. Coordinate with other agencies responding to emergencies.
