2005 - present

• Taught diverse subjects for grades 9-12 successfully delivering seamless teaching in absence of regular teacher.
• Followed classroom plans left by class teacher to continue student education and reinforce core concepts.
• Repeatedly requested as substitute teacher by teachers based on excellent past referrals and trusted performance.
• Long term substitute in Coppell High School Clinic multiple times. Performed duties necessary for the successful care of the students including administering medications, first aid and responding to emergencies when necessary. Was successful in maintaining the operations of the clinic in the absence of the nurse or clinic aide to ensure the safety of close to 3000 students.

2004-2007

• Long term substitute for a medically fragile student at Coppell Middle School North. This position required physical care as well as individual teaching.
• Transitioned all Special Education and 504 students from Coppell Middle School North to Coppell High School

1999-2003

• Developed, implemented and taught the first Adaptive PE program. for Austin Elementary School. This program has been used throughout Coppell ISD.

1986-1999

• Was developer, owner and instructor of a developmental gymnastics facility for children located in Coppell,Texas. Was also owner of Coppell Child Development Center which provided preschool education. During this time, I managed 40 employees.
