I currently serve as a one-on-one behavior specialist at a therapeutic school, assisting students with trauma histories who are struggling to adapt to their school settings. I provide individualized support to my students, concentrating on the academic areas where they need the most help. I track their progress in academics and behavior through charts, with the goal of prioritizing their goals and aiding them in overcoming challenges to smoothly transition within their school district.

My role involved overseeing a group of autistic adults, teaching them the skills needed to manage their duties on their own. These responsibilities included:
