- Helped and assisted current/prospect students and faculty members at the Welcome Center, in our office and different platforms (such as Cranium Lobby, Zoom, and Jaguar Call Center)
- Provided support in College applications, registrations, as well as campus tours introducing the College, its programs, and departments
- Provided assistance during large-scale events hosted by various departments across campus including set-up, registration, tear down.
- Working with students of many ethnicities, cultures, as well as students from the Disability Support Service
- Daily follow-up with hundreds of people/students via phone calls and emails
