Naomi Oshinsky

• Active member of the Frisch School ASL Club, where I acquired foundational skills in American Sign Language and developed proficiency in conversational communication.
• The club, contributed by helping teach hearing students how to effectively communicate with non-hearing students.

• Learned important sewing and designing skills.
• Worked on projects for 3 plus hours a week in school and at home; working on unstructured sewing projects, just using creative freedom with personal style.

Volunteered for organization Chai Lifeline's The Goodman Family I-Shine After school program. Worked as an after-school counselor and tutor for children with sick family members or absent parents, providing social and emotional support. Developed engaging activities to foster a positive environment and offered parents additional time to manage their responsibilities.
