General Packaging Worker
- Package and prepare products for shipment according to specific customer requirements and company standards
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers, labeling machines, and box formers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations and workplace safety
- Inspect products for quality defects before packaging to minimize returns and customer complaints
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and fulfill orders accurately
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of packaging activities and inventory levels
- Assist with loading and unloading materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
