Summary

I have been in the restaurant business for a very long time.

I've been working for Mcdonalds for 20+ years, i recently left to explore other options and to get more knowledge in other areas, such as being a general manager, and now being a Training General Manager.

My goal though is to be a supervisor/D.M, I would be very good at that kind of leadership role. I love developing leaders, and bringing them to their fullest potential.

I believe i can bring a lot of knowledge and experience to the table. And if given the opportunity, i will excel and fly with this position. due to the fact that I've been in a major leadership role for years, and can help those struggling by sharing my experiences, my trials and errors, and what i saw worked and didn't work along the way.
