• Conduct multiple tests at once using automated equipment and computerized instruments (Echo Lumea and Tango Infinity).
• Perform laboratory tests such as Type and Screen, DAT, Cord Blood, Antibody Identification, Fetal Screen, Elution, Antibody Titer, and Cold Agglutinins.
• Review test results to confirm accuracy and diagnosed causes behind irregular findings.
• Maintain accurate records of patient test results and reported any abnormalities to the physician.
• Review patient history prior to performing tests to determine appropriate testing methods.
• Conduct quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of testing equipment.
• Monitored inventory levels of supplies, reagents and materials used in the lab environment.
• Calibrated laboratory instruments and prepared reagents according to established protocols.
