Coordination with the quality team regarding component and production machinery testing (quality checks, lot numbers, dates, specifications, etc.). To detect any abnormalities or contact contamination.
Continuous machine operation for mass production.
Machine adjustments and configuration focused on optimizing production, reducing waste, and minimizing downtime.
Constant monitoring to avoid potential problems during filling and sealing, ensuring proper line operation.
Completion of relevant documentation for production records, and subsequent operational decision-making.
Constant monitoring and communication with the supervisor to report any irregular or unsafe activity that may generate risk or an unsafe work environment.

ACTIVITIES

Identify specific materials and components needed for each customer's order.

Assemble the machine in preparation for production and disassemble releasing it to sanitation for proper cleaning.

Properly handle materials limiting waste to maintaining capsule integrity.

Prepares and executes each work order in a minimum amount of time according to the requested quality, quantity and timeliness requirements.
