• My usual position comes once the line operator sends the candy down the belt I am to sort the candy on a pallet. Depending on the product, there are various formats for package size. Once I've built my pallet, I'd wrap the pallet and move the candy to the shipping area.

• People ready being a temp agency only have job assignments and contracts for 1 day to 5 days at most. Also they were on call for open availability for employment with multiple tasks based on one's skill set. So at times I was a driver for a client, a forklift driver for a warehouse or a general laborer at a warehouse.

• My Job was to stay close and pay attention to the main Diesel technician learning and performing different tasks. I learned how to change tires, grease the fifth wheel, hit all grease points, oil Change, and engine component replacement. Covid shut us down so I do say, “I can learn more with the opportunity”
