My background spans hospital, outpatient, and mobile settings, where I have also supported administrative functions such as scheduling, EMR documentation, and Microsoft Office tasks. As a team leader, I am deeply committed to ongoing education and professional development, conducting monthly staff training sessions and meetings to ensure consistent quality, growth, and protocol adherence.
