I was recruited to join Progressive's Strategy Group, specifically within their business incubator Level20 to work with Castle.

• As a customer home repair concierge, I take on the role of facilitating seamless repair and remodeling solutions. Working closely with both customers and service providers, I assess home repair needs, explore remodeling options, and oversee the entire end-to-end process through Castle. With expertise in Castle, I take full ownership of delivering exceptional customer experiences and foster strong relationships with service providers throughout the home repair journey. Additionally, I serve as a dedicated advocate for homeowners and service providers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• As a valuable member of Progressive Insurance's National Salvage Unit, I excelled within the Unidentified Documents and Missing Key team. In this role, my primary responsibility was to efficiently retrieve missing keys from customers and ensure their return to total loss vehicles. Additionally, I played a crucial role in identifying and procuring essential documents necessary for the smooth completion of the claim process.

• In my role as a Production Print Mail Specialist at Progressive Insurance's Creative Business Operations, I thrived in a fast-paced environment, consistently acquiring new skills at a rapid pace. Proactively seeking growth opportunities, I remained committed to achieving tangible results through continuous progression and flexible work availability.

• While employed in the Finishing department, I had successfully trained on 10 out of the 11 machines, demonstrating my versatility and adaptability while working night shift. I had also gained valuable experience through cross-training between the High Volume and Low Volume departments of Finishing. Additionally, I had proven my flexibility by assisting at the distribution center when needed. Throughout my tenure, I have honed my skills as an operator and have also excelled in shipping environments as a shipping and receiving clerk.

• At UPS, I played a vital role in warehouse operations by efficiently handling packages. This encompassed tasks such as scanning, sorting, and the loading and unloading of packages to ensure their readiness for shipment.
