  • Developed a safety procedure to run the charging/discharging cycles while in charge of the hybrid electric vehicle charging station laboratory.
  • Supported calibration and repair procedures, data acquisition systems, and brake testing.
  • Developed a calibration procedure for temperature/humidity sensors using the Fluke Metical strategy, as well as an American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA)-certified calibration procedure for vibrating and DC accelerometers.
  • Ensured that the instrumented vehicles and test cells were controlled and measured by LabView and Visual Basic-based data acquisition systems. Examples of projects include calibrating and verifying accelerometers on shaker systems, monitoring vehicle speed using Driver Aid speed signatures, reducing faults in mileage accumulators as a result of robotic automated testing, and evaluating vehicle suspension using tyre lead performance tests.
  • Received the Shainin Greenbelt Certificate for robot failures during powertrain durability tests.
  • Developed these systems for monitoring vehicle electric signals and controlling test cells: signal monitoring data acquisitions (Transient Fuel Analyzer), body component and leaf spring performance, and road roughness tests as a freelancer.
