I was extensively cross trained throughout the facility. I was predominantly a piece-rate product assembler/fabricator, building raceway, remote, and custom sign jobs. Our company is closing abruptly, putting an end to my almost 5 years here.

During my years here, I learned to:

• Program and operate CNC router and coil bender
• Cutting, mig welding, and preparing aluminum sign bodies, raceways, and awnings
• laying and wiring LED's, single color and RGB
• Making non-CDL class A deliveries with a flat bed and 30 foot trailer
• Off-site installations and repairs of signs
• Operating pneumatic rivet machines to bond ACM backs to metal returns
• Trimcapping acrylic and polycarbonate faces
• Cutting and applying vinyl to aluminum, acrylic, and polycarbonate
• Shipping and receiving
• How to build and maintenance EMC Vista boards
• Quality Control Management
• Operation of boom and scissor lift

• Discuss with salesman and customers about the details and designs of upcoming products
• Overseeing all stages of production, ensuring adherence to blueprints, as well as compliance to customer and company standard
• Take photos of finished product, ensuring proper color, lighting, and dimensions of product
• Engage with the customer about product, throughout production and when finished
• Give feedback to production floor on areas that need improvement and projects that need issues resolved
