Coming from a background of theatre and choral Training I tend to have the biggest personality in any room. I have loved my experience with chipotle and have grown fond of random guest interactions and the deep personal connections I've found with my coworkers over the 2 years I've worked there. In any position I acquire I strive to push my self and my peers to perform as great as we possibly can to meet and surpass management and company expectations. When training new hires or sharing my knowledge to uplift and improve a colleague I like to focus on the way they learn, whether it be kineticly or verbally or visually, I feel that more important than the speed of the training is the depth at which the knowledge can be absorbed which is why personal one on one training is always favorable for the retention of skills and concepts in any industry.
