In my job as an Intake Paralegal I was responsible of collecting all information needed before meeting with the attorney. I would conduct a full interview with the potential client and meet with attorney to decide if the case/attorney is a good match. After collecting information and multiple meetings I was responsible of relaying the attorney's decision to the client by either rejecting the client, setting an appointment for a consultation with the attorney or setting up a referral with an attorney that will match their needs. After the intake was done it was my responsibility to create/update all files in our system and document every single meeting and form of communication had with client. I was responsible of the new client/Intake calendar. I was also the office Notary Public so I was responsible of notarizing any paperwork that needed to be notarized for the firm.

The last 6 years of employment were done remotely due to PCS.
