
Experienced Server/Bartender and Head Chef
I work remote and extreme remote locations as a Cook/Chef, all over Alaska and including Wake Island in the South Pacific in 2020/21, Ascension Island off the coast of Africa in 2021 and Antartica in 2022/23. As a Server/Bartender I worked in Banquets for the Denaina and Egan Centers in Anchorage for 11 years, I worked at Chena Hotsprings by Fairbanks, The Grand Aleution Hotel in Dutch Harbor and restaurants and bars in Anchorage. I have an eye for detail and extremely high standards for customer service.
