Formulated nutrient intakes in a hydroponic facility with over 20,000 cannabis cultivars, optimized harvest yield with precise nutrient management and regular pruning of plants, worked closely with NETA’s Integrated Pest Management team, and documented weights to ensure proper saturation levels.

Enhanced plant growth by implementing effective greenhouse management strategies and techniques, reduced pest infestations through regular inspection and implementation of integrated pest management practices, and organized seed inventory.

Collaborated with team members to design visually appealing garden displays for public enjoyment, and maintained the health of various herbaceous plants by performing daily jobs such as irrigating, pruning, transplanting, and weeding.

Volunteered on various permaculture properties and farms on the South Island to learn about sustainable agriculture and organic gardening. Handled greenhouse duties and the growth of microgreens, fruits, and vegetables of multiple varieties and cultivars.

Employs RTP Software to sell mountain recreation products. Promptly facilitates all incoming calls and emails, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner relative to ski and snowboard school, lift tickets, and/or other resort destination inquiries. Supervises a frontline sales team of six employees. Provides guest centered decisions in high pressure situations with composure and effectiveness.
