Accomplishments

  • Comment from my current supervisor at the YMCA in my proformance review. "Natalie consistently demonstrated exceptional communication skills across various aspects of her work. She effectively articulated her thoughts and ideas, showcasing her ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Her written planning each month reflected a high level of organization and foresight, making it easy for our team and subs coming in to read her planning. Natalie’s effective work habits are complemented by her excellent time management skills. She turned in every calendar, club and STEAM sheets every month when they were due. She consistently meets deadlines and maintains a reliable presence at work, arriving on time every day. Her dependability has built a strong foundation of trust within the team, knowing she will be there to support us. She rarely called out and would only call out when she needed it. Utilizing her "formula five" tools daily, Natalie effectively exercises influence and maintains a positive work environment. I would see her using the attention getters and transitions throughout campus with her students. Her commitment to work wellness practices, including self‐care and professionalism, is evident in her consistently appropriate attire and demeanor. She handles interactions with students and parents maturely, addressing issues with sensitivity and clarity. When her students misbehaved, she communicates constructively with parents, ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding behavior expectations and solutions.
