• The Pressure Injury Prevention initiative was developed to drastically reduce the incidence of hospital-acquired pressure injuries. This initiative is grounded in assessing Braden Scale scores, with targeted interventions for patients scoring below specific thresholds.
• The Fall Tips Education initiative has provided comprehensive training to all healthcare team members, focusing on universal precautions as a foundational element. A critical component of this initiative involves tailoring interventions to address each patient's specific areas of fall risk. This personalized approach is instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, and significantly reducing fall incidents.
